Colin Wolff became a personal injury attorney because he believes the legal system should work for everyone—not just the powerful. Every day, he stands up for individuals and families who’ve been hurt through no fault of their own, fighting to ensure they receive the compensation and justice they deserve. For Colin, representing injured Texans isn’t just a profession. It’s a calling.
What drives him most is transformation. Taking a client from a position of fear and uncertainty to one of strength and resolution is what gets him out of bed every morning. Whether he’s helping a family rebuild after a devastating car accident, holding a negligent trucking company accountable, or taking on an insurance giant that refuses to pay a valid claim—Colin is motivated by the real impact his work has on people’s lives.
Colin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law, one of the nation’s top-ranked law programs, and his undergraduate degree from Texas State University. He is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, giving him the ability to pursue justice at both the state and federal level. Recognized for his commitment to the legal profession, Colin was selected for the prestigious Austin Young Lawyers Association Leadership Program.
Outside the courtroom, Colin is an active member of Transfiguration Orthodox Church and remains deeply connected to the Austin community he serves. His faith and values inform everything he does—treating every client with dignity, honesty, and respect.
At the heart of Colin’s practice is a simple promise: no one should have to face a powerful insurance company alone. If you’ve been injured in an accident, you deserve an advocate who will fight for you like family. Colin Wolff is that advocate.
